Play Therapy and Education Support
We use play therapy as a powerful tool to support the mental well-being of children undergoing cancer treatment. Through guided play, children are able to express their emotions, process their experiences, and find joy in a safe and supportive environment. It also serves as an engaging method to meet their educational needs during periods of treatment and recovery.
Transport facilitation
Access to consistent and timely medical care is crucial. We assist families by providing transportation support to and from treatment centers, helping to reduce the financial and logistical barriers that often lead to treatment abandonment.
Home Visits and Patient Follow-up.
We conduct regular home visits to monitor the well-being of our patients outside the hospital setting. These visits allow us to provide continued emotional and practical support, assess living conditions, and ensure treatment plans are being followed effectively. We also conduct simultaneous phone calls to patients, reminding them about their next hospital visit in order to adhere to treatment.
Skilling & Occupational Therapy
We offer skill training and occupational therapy to teen patients and caregivers, turning hospital time into productivity. Some of the handmade products they create are available for purchase in our eShop.
Youth Environmental Stewardship
We support adolescents to lead environmental campaigns in schools and low-income communities. They raise awareness and take action against climate change, which contributes to many childhood illnesses, helping protect both children and the planet.
